Billing & subscriptions

Manage or cancel my subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple/Google.

  • iOS: Settings → Your NameSubscriptions.
  • Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
Restore purchases

On a new device? Use Restore purchases from the paywall/settings in SpinPal to sync your active subscription.

Request a refund

Refunds are reviewed by the store:

  • Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google Play: payments.google.com → Activity → select the order

Frequently asked questions

I can’t sign in (Google/Apple)
  • Confirm you’re using the same Google/Apple account originally used.
  • On iOS, make sure you’re signed into iCloud and have network access.
  • Reinstall SpinPal and try again. Still stuck? Email support.
Delete my account and data

In-app: Settings → Delete Account. You can also email support@spinpal.co.uk from your account email.

Quick fixes

  • Force close and reopen SpinPal.
  • Ensure you’re on the latest app version from the store.
  • On iOS: enable iCloud & allow network access; On Android: clear app cache.
