1. Agreement
By creating an account or using SpinPal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Plant Stuff Ltd. “You” means the person using SpinPal.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be 18 or older to use SpinPal.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- You can delete your account at any time inside the app.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SpinPal, including by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the app, infringe intellectual property, or use SpinPal for illegal or harmful purposes.
4. Health & safety
SpinPal provides fitness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting new exercise programmes, especially if you have existing conditions. You use the app at your own risk.
5. Purchases & payments
- Some features may require payment. Payments are processed securely by app stores.
- Prices may change; we will notify you before changes take effect.
- Refunds follow the policies of the platform where you purchased (App Store, Google Play, as applicable).
6. Content & intellectual property
SpinPal, including its design, code, text, and graphics, is owned by Plant Stuff Ltd or our licensors. We grant you a personal, revocable, non‑transferable licence to use the app for your own non‑commercial purposes.
7. Third‑party services
SpinPal integrates with providers such as Firebase and OpenAI. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party websites or services.
8. Availability & changes
We aim to keep SpinPal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or misuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the app at any time and can delete your account in the app.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
SpinPal is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Privacy
Your use of SpinPal is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated inside the app and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have non‑exclusive jurisdiction.
